Main Goals

Increase personal and professional skill development opportunities.
Offer more opportunities for members to enhance their skills by offering workshops on various topics such as resume building, career counselling, financial literacy (RRSP, RESP, budgeting), computer skills, survival skills and others.

Increase technical training opportunities for all members.
To support Stellat’en Economic Development, support members in accessing short course training opportunities such as first aid, food safe, driver licensing and others.

Support capacity and training for skilled trades.
Develop a trades and woodshop for members to use to enhance their skills in carpentry and electrical.

Support members in acquiring skills for leadership positions.
Develop a leadership program for youth and provide entrepreneurship training for youth and adults.
